Pre-Approved Solutions under IMDA’s SMEs Go Digital programme
IMDA partners with the Infocomm Media (ICM) industry to pre-approve digital solutions for mass SME adoption, based on sector needs defined in Industry Digital Plans (IDPs).
Pre-approved solutions are ready, affordable, and proven to deliver productivity gains while meeting industry standards and utilising up-to-date technologies like cloud and AI. SMEs adopting these solutions may be eligible for Government grant support such as the Productivity Solutions Grant.
Who is it for?
ICM vendors who satisfy the pre-approval criteria are welcome to submit their solutions for pre-approval under the SMEs Go Digital programme.

How to apply?
The SMEs Go Digital Pre-Approval System (SGDPAS) will undergo a system upgrade beginning on 1 October 2025. During the system upgrade, some of SGDPAS' functionalities will be disabled:
- SGDPAS will not be available for submission of Applications and Change Requests from 1 October – late November 2025.
- All other functionalities in SGDPAS continue to be operational throughout this period.
