Testimonials from past wrtiersLab participants

“An amazing experience! I'm blown away by the compelling stories in this IMDA Story Lab initiative and the feedback that we've received from Shari. The WritersLab has exceeded my expectations and I hope that we'll be able to keep pushing the boundaries of scriptwriting here in Singapore.”

Mickey Lin, Storyteller

"I liked the fact that this programme is so closely tied to industry practice with great local and international industry veterans as trainers to guide the participants in practical issues on top of the theoretical ideas of narratives. The one-on-one consultations have been really useful as well"

Huang Yushan, Senior Producer

“The presence of the experts, and their depth of knowledge really sold the programme for me. I have learnt so much that it’s now even applicable to my playwriting"

Christopher Fok, Theatre Playwright
