Co-founder of Hoods Inc. Productions, Esan is best known as the writer and director of Singapore and Malaysia’s highest rated English comedies, Under One Roof and Phua Chu Kang. He has since received feature film screenwriting awards from the USA and UK, and under the Hoods Inc. Productions umbrella, created over 500 hours of content for television, online, live performances and feature films. Approaching his 25th year in the media industry, he was the main creative force behind Hoods Inc. Productions highly-rated, award-winning series like Pulau Hantu, City Sharks, Random Acts, Knockout, Zero Hero, President’s Star Charity PCK Musical 2000 and memorable short form videos like Stefanie Sun’s ASEAN music video.

Esan’s collaborative works with international companies in Malaysia (Astro & Media Prima), Indonesia (RCTI) and Australia (Major International Pictures) has expanded the reach of his content creation to the worldwide market.
