Meng Ong | Director

Meng Ong is a NYU Tisch School of the Arts graduate. His first feature, Miss Wonton premiered at the Sundance Film festival and won the FIPRESCI Prize at the Locarno International Film festival. His second feature, A Fantastic Ghost Wedding starring HK actress Sandra Ng was nominated for Best New Asian Talent at the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival. His projects has been selected for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab, Taipei Golden Horse Promotion Plan and Hong Kong Asian Financing Forum. He is a veteran of television shows in Singapore and his short films are multiple award winners at the Silver Screen Awards at the Singapore International Film Festival.
