Win Min leads the Research and Content Curation team. Involved in all wide range of IBC products not only in Asia but also in Africa. Aside from IBC’s products, he leads product development and project management in large scale Government and industry associations events, largest with 2000+ participants. 
He has been with IBC Asia for over 8 years and gained 13 years overall career experience.

Dr Kwong Yuk Wah
Chief Information Officer/Chief Data Protection Officer

Yuk Wah is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Chief Data Protection Officer of National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), Singapore. She had worked in Singapore public sector and held various management positions in the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), Singapore.  She had also assumed the position of Vice President, Business Management, Planning Division in Singapore Airlines. She had worked as Geographic Information System Consultant and Land Information System/Land Record Automation Expert for United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (UNCHS).

Yuk Wah has been teaching part-time since 2008 and sharing her knowledge and practical experience.  She is currently an Adjunct Professor, Department of Information Systems and Analytics, School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
Yuk Wah is a Fellow Member of Singapore Computer Society (SCS). She holds the titles of Certified IT Project Manager (Senior) and Certified IT Outsourcing Manager (Senior) of Singapore Computer Society. She received her Doctor of Business Administration degree (2008) from University of Newcastle, Australia. Her dissertation is Singapore e-Government strategy.

The National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) is a national confederation of trade unions as well as a network of professional associations and partners across all sectors in Singapore. NTUC's vision is to be an inclusive Labour Movement for all collars, ages and nationalities. NTUC is at the heart of the Labour Movement, which comprises 59 affiliated unions, 5 affiliated associations, 12 social enterprises, 6 related organisations as well as a growing ecosystem of U Associates and enterprise partners.
