Participants will get to learn about the benefits of user-testing through case studies, how they can structure the research process, conducting interviews, sourcing for interview participants, structuring interview questions, etc. Participants will also be introduced to eye tracking, and metrics such as fixation sequences, gaze points and heat maps.
