WHO CAN APPLY? Anyone can apply, but only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents qualify for subsidies. Ideally, you shoud have a flair for writing and a passion for games

Alex Hilton ALEX HILTON started writing video games in 2015, after fifteen years in political communication and speech writing in London. He has worked on Assassin’s Creed Origins and Skull & Bones (Ubisoft) and Vampyr (Don’t Nod), as well as developing card games and fairy tales. Alex is currently the managing director of Actionable Insights Brewing Company, an AI startup based in Singapore.
Ian Gregory Tan IAN GREGORY TAN is a co-founder and the ex-creative director of Witching Hour Studios, a game development studio that specialises in narrative driven games. Their last game, Masquerada: Songs & Shadows has garnered critical international acclaim for storytelling.
