Overview Course

The course aims to give Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of figure/character development for various visual narrative media, including games and animation. Explore the essence of a character by developing their attitude and digging deep into what makes them feel real and grounded. Visual storytelling is key in the video game and cinematic world, and you will learn how to portray all aspects of a character in their attire as well as the smallest details, such as pose, attitude and personality. Hone your digital painting skills by using painting techniques, various methods such as custom shapes, custom brushes etc., to finish and polish up their character design. You will be able to see demonstrations, presentations and get feedback on your work.
