Overview

The Full-Stack Coding Bootcamp is a coding course designed by Code Institute, Dublin and delivered in Singapore by Trent Global College. This course has been validated by European Tech-Industry expertise and academics and is taught in-class over an intensive 4-month duration.

Students learn the basics of web application development - HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. On top of these fundamentals, students will learn to build five projects, covering User-Centric Front End Development, Interactive Front End Development, Practical Python, Data Centric Development and Full Stack Software Development.

Learning Outcome

At the end of this course, graduates will learn to:
  • Create a user-centric frontend-only website based on HTML5 and CSS3
  • Create an interactive frontend-only website based on HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
  • Create a backend web server with no database, using Python and Flask
  • Create a backend web server, managing data in a MySQL or Mongo database using Python and the Flask framework
  • Create a full-stack website using the Django framework on the backend, and integrate it with frontend code
  • Manage their source code using Git and GitHub
  • Deploy their projects to the web using GitHub Pages and Heroku

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • 3 GCE O level passes including English & Maths

Singapore Citizens qualified for this immersive training courses and placement programme, will be eligible for a subsidised course / programme fee.
