|Promote deployment of solutions by SMEs
||i. Packaged Solutions (Intermediate Solutions)
> Refers to bite-sized, ready-to-use solutions that have been pre-qualified by IMDA and for which SMEs can start deploying to their
operations quickly and easily.
For example: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) solutions
|Up to 70% grant capped at $20,000 per solution (Support per SME capped at $20,000 per SME per lifetime)
Subscription-based solution is entitled to a 1-year support
Application Deadline: 31 March 2017
Interested SMEs must submit their Self Declaration form to IMDA by 31 March 2017
SMEs can deploy high-speed connectivity with any of the technology solutions.
50% subsidy of the monthly recurrent cost for fibre subscription plan (of at least 100Mbps), capped at $120/month up to 24 months.
50% subsidy of the Wireless@SG equipment cost, capped at $2,400, for SMEs who require wireless connection in their public-facing business
|ii. Packaged Solutions (Sector Solutions)
> Refers to proven sector-specific solutions that have been pre-qualified by IMDA and for which SMEs can start deploying to their operations quickly and easily.
|Up to 70% grant
Subscription-based solution is entitled to a 2-year support
No claim submission by SMEs – SMEs simply need to pay the 30% upfront to vendors. IMDA will reimburse the support directly to vendors.
|iii. Customised Solutions
> Refers to tailor-made solutions
|Up to 70% for the SMEs, capped on a case-by-case basis.
*Note: Project must not have commenced prior to proposal approval by IMDA and iSPRINT support will only be given to development works that are carried out locally.

|Boost supply of sector solutions from vendors
||ii. Scaling Up Proven Sector Solutions
> Refers to technology-based sectoral productivity solutions that have been proven to help SMEs raise productivity.
|Up to 70% grant, up to 2-year support for subscription-based solutions
No claim submission by SMEs – SMEs simply need to pay the 30% upfront to vendors.
|iii. Sector Pilot Solutions
> Refers to new or emerging technology solutions such as sensors, data analytics and autonomous systems that are able to transform the businesses
|Up to 80% capped at $1 million per SME
No claim submission by SMEs – SMEs simply need to pay the 20% upfront to vendors.
To further accelerate the transformation of SME sectors, the following enhancements to Enhanced iSPRINT programme will take effect from 1 June 2016.

|* "Site" refers to a location of the Participating SME’s business that will perform all or part of the core function(s)/activities of its business for a minimum of 1 year from the start of the Participating SME’s Qualification Period. The core function(s)/activities carried out at the Site must be related to the principal activities of the Participating SME as shown in the ACRA records. The location of the Site must be evidenced by submission of such documents as may require by IMDA in its discretion, such as a tenancy agreement entered into by the Participating SME, for the location.

1. With effect from 1 April 2015, iSPRINT will no longer support Basic Packaged Solutions. SMEs that meet the criteria can apply for other schemes such as IRAS' Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC). For details on PIC, kindly visit: https://www.iras.gov.sg/irashome/PIcredit.aspx
2. With immediate effect, Enhanced iSPRINT will no longer accept applications for Customised Solutions.

To qualify for Enhanced iSPRINT, SMEs must:
- Be registered and incorporated in Singapore
- Have a minimum 30% local shareholding AND
- Group annual sales turnover ≤ S$100 million OR
- Group employment size ≤ 200 workers
