Political Parties Registered in Singapore

Overview

Internet Content Providers, including Singapore-registered political parties that provide content on the World Wide Web over the Internet in and/or from Singapore, are automatically class licensed under the Broadcasting (Class Licence) Notification of the Broadcasting Act 1994, and are subject to the Class Licence Conditions.  Political parties providing websites in Singapore are required to register with IMDA within 14 days of commencing their services, or as otherwise notified by IMDA.
