At the close of the Public Consultation on the Proposed Consolidation between StarHub Online Pte Ltd and MyRepublic Group Limited, IMDA received the following submission from the industry.

IMDA would like to seek the views and comments from the industry and members of the public on the Short Form Consolidation Application involving StarHub Online Pte Ltd and MyRepublic Group Limited.
All submissions must reach IMDA by 12 noon on 13 December 2021. Softcopy of submissions in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF format should be provided. Parties submitting comments should include their personal/company particulars as well as the correspondence address, contact number and email addresses on the cover page of their submission. All comments should be addressed to:
