Extension of Public Consultation Process

In consideration of industry players' requests for more time to provide feedback to the “Public Consultation on the Proposed Advisory Guidelines on Market Definition and Assessment of Market Power”, MDA has extended the consultation until 1 March 2013, 12 noon, Singapore time, two weeks after the original deadline of 15 February 2013.
The mode of submission for comments on the proposed Advisory Guidelines remains the same. MDA looks forward to receiving your comments.
Market Definition Public Consultation

MDA is conducting a public consultation on the proposed set of advisory guidelines on the definition of relevant media markets (the "Advisory Guidelines").

MDA hereby invites interested parties to submit written comments on the proposed Advisory Guidelines. A copy of the Advisory Guidelines is available here.
