IMDA is conducting a public consultation on the proposed mechanics of the Telecommunication and Subscription TV Mediation-Adjudication Scheme (“the Scheme”).

The aim of the Scheme is to give consumers access to an alternative platform to resolve disputes with their telecommunication and/or media service providers in a fair, affordable, and effective manner, while incentivising faster resolution by the service providers.

IMDA would like to seek the views and comments from members of the public and the industry on the proposed mechanics of the Scheme. Organisations can refer to page 18 of the consultation paper on the format requirements. Individuals may respond by email, but should include their full names and contact numbers in the response.
