IMDA’s Associate in Infocomm Media (AIM) Graduate Development Programme is a 2-year structured programme to engage and nurture talents passionate in the Infocomm Media field. It is designed for you to gain broad-based exposure and deepen your functional expertise, so as to build a strong foundation and prepare you to step up for future roles in shaping the vision of driving a dynamic digital economy.
What you can aim for
As an Associate, you can expect to be immersed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with opportunities to rotate across IMDA’s different functions to gain the breadth and exposure of driving the Digital Economy. You can look forward to structured training and leadership development opportunities, mentoring by senior leaders for career guidance and stretched opportunities to work in cross-divisions task forces and committees.

1. Onboarding
Group sharing and site visits to understand IMDA's functions

Core and elective modules to equip soft skills and foundational technical knowledge
3. 2x 1-Year Rotations
Two x 1-year rotations in core domain and development wing
4. Mentoring
iNuture mentoring programme with HOD as mentor to provide career guidance

Interview
On IM-mersion DA-y, you will be invited to IMDA’s office for a series of group activities for us to assess how you work in teams and whether you display IMDA’s core competencies. We will also take the chance to give a macro overview of IMDA’s purpose, roles and key initiatives.
