The Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA) released a consultation paper on 17 May 2002 to gather feedback from the industry and public on the proposed consolidation between Starhub and SCV.
At the close of the consultation at 5pm today, the IDA received several responses. The consultation paper and responses received can be found under the "Policy & Regulation" section. The IDA thanks these respondents for their comments.
IDA will consider the inputs received and make its decision thereafter.
The issuance of consultation papers is part of IDA's ongoing efforts to provide a platform for the industry and public to share their views on policy and regulatory matters, taking into account market trends and technology developments.
