The National Trust Council (NTC) released a consultation paper on 7 February 2002 to gather feedback from the industry and public on the Model Data Protection Code for the Private Sector. In response to several requests received, the NTC has decided to extend the submission deadline from 6 May 2002 to 12 noon, 31 May 2002.

The consultation paper and Model Code can be downloaded from CaseTrust. Feedback can be submitted via email to admin@trustsg.org.sg, or through the post addressed to:
