National Infocomm Competition Launch 2010 and Awards Ceremony 2009

01 April 2010 - More than 3,100 students from Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges, Polytechnic and ITE took part in 13 challenges of the National Infocomm Competition (NIC) last year. Two teams from Raffles Institution took top spots in the Secondary School Circuit and the JC Circuit respectively, while a team from Nanyang Polytechnic emerged the winner of the Poly/ITE Circuit.

More than 3,100 students from Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges, Polytechnic and ITE took part in 13 challenges of the National Infocomm Competition (NIC) last year. Two teams from Raffles Institution took top spots in the Secondary School Circuit and the JC Circuit respectively, while a team from Nanyang Polytechnic emerged the winner of the Poly/ITE Circuit.

The winners of NIC 2009 were announced at an awards ceremony today and were presented prizes by RADM(NS) Ronnie Tay, Chief Executive Officer, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), who also launched National Infocomm Competition 2010. 16 challenges have been lined up for NIC 2010.
