Have you always dreamed of being a star? Wait no more as the time has come for your true talent to shine. Calling all acting talents to audition for an open casting call for Rouge, a project that represents the beginning of Made-by-Singapore content made for worldwide distribution by a predominately Singaporean-based team, utilizing the wider talents from the Asian region.

The Rouge project, first announced in August, is the result of collaborative efforts by Mega Media, MTV Networks Asia and the Media Development Authority of Singapore (MDA). This project marks the first time that MTV Asia is collaborating with a Singapore-based production company Mega Media to create a high-end television series for regional broadcast. It is also the first action-comedy dramatic TV series to participate in the MDA's TV Content Industry Development Scheme.

Supported by top creative talents from the Singapore media industry, Rouge brings together top regional broadcaster MTV Asia, with one of Singapore's leading independent production companies, Mega Media, and a team of Singapore's internationally-acclaimed award-winning film directors - Jonathan Foo (Song of the Stork) and CheeK (Chicken Rice War). They will helm the project as the Executive Producers/Directors with Esan Savalingam (City Sharks) as the Head Writer.

The Producers of Rouge are now casting for the main lead characters and other supporting cast across the region, starting in Singapore.

An all-girl rock band by day and undercover agents by night, Rouge is a team of 4 sophisticated and well-trained professionals, armed with good looks, musical talent and awesome martial arts skills. Join their exciting journey as they tour across Asia, from modern landscapes, to tantalizing beaches and ancient ruins, all in the name of justice and to keep Asia safe from Bad People!
