On 3 November 2011, Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd ("Nucleus Connect") submitted a clean copy of Service Schedule - Platform Connection Service of Nucleus Connect's Interconnection Offer incorporating IDA's 1 November 2011 Directed Amendments.

IDA's Directed Amendments to Nucleus Connect's Platform Connection Service
On 1 November 2011, IDA directed Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd ("Nucleus Connect") to incorporate specific drafting language ("Directed Amendments") in its proposed modifications to Service Schedule - Platform Connection Service of its Interconnection Offer ("ICO") with respect to Nucleus Connect's proposed modifications to its Platform Connection Service. Nucleus Connect's proposed modifications incorporating the Directed Amendments have been approved by IDA and will take effect from 1 November 2011.

Following the industry consultation on Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd's ("Nucleus Connect") proposed Platform Connection Service under its Interconnection Offer ("ICO"), IDA has directed Nucleus Connect to modify its proposal. Nucleus Connect will have to submit to IDA a revised proposed ICO that incorporates IDA's directed modifications by 26 September 2011.

Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd ("Nucleus Connect"), the Operating Company selected to design, build and operate the active infrastructure of the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network, has proposed the Platform Connection Service under its Interconnection Offer ("ICO") and is offering it as a new service schedule under the ICO.
IDA hereby invites interested parties to submit written comments regarding Nucleus Connect's proposed Platform Connection Service.
