OpenNet’s Submission of Clean Copy of Schedules 12, 12C, 15 and 18 of ICO
On 20 February 2013, OpenNet submitted a clean copy of Schedules 12, 12C, 15 and 18 of OpenNet's ICO incorporating IDA's 15 February 2013 Directed Amendments.

Directed Amendments to OpenNet’s Proposed Co-Location Space & Service in new Co-Location Room
On 15 February 2013, IDA directed OpenNet Pte Ltd ("OpenNet") to incorporate specific drafting language ("Directed Amendments") in its proposed modifications to Schedule 12C and Schedule 15 of its Interconnection Offer ("ICO") with respect to OpenNet's proposed modifications to its proposed Co-location Space & Service in New Co-Location Room. OpenNet's proposed modifications incorporating the Directed Amendments have been approved by IDA and will take effect from 15 February 2013.
IDA has also completed the review of OpenNet's reconsideration request and has issued the decision on the reconsideration request on 15 February 2013. A summary of the decision on the reconsideration request can be found in the Explanatory Memorandum to the Direction.

OpenNet submitted its proposed modifications to its ICO Schedule 12 (Co-Location Service), proposed Schedule 12C (Co-Location Space & Service in New Co-Location Room), Schedule 15 (Charges) and Schedule 18 (Dictionary) for IDA's review on 18 January 2013.
* OpenNet's charges for the proposed Co-Location Space & Service in New Co-Location Room under its ICO are being reviewed by IDA.
IDA would also like to inform the industry that OpenNet has submitted a request to IDA, on 18 January 2013, to reconsider certain aspects of IDA's direction dated 4 January 2013. The items for reconsideration are as follows:
- Reinstatement of sub-clause 1.5.3 (i) of Annex 12D-1 to Schedule 12C; and
- Amendment of sub-clause 1.5.3 (ii) of Annex 12D-1 to Schedule 12C.

Directed Modifications to OpenNet’s Proposed Co-Location Space & Service in new Co-Location Room
Following the industry consultation on OpenNet Pte Ltd's ("OpenNet") proposed Schedule 12C (Co-location Space & Service in New Co-location Room ), IDA has directed OpenNet to modify its proposal. OpenNet will have to submit to IDA a revised proposed ICO that incorporates the IDA directed modifications by 18 January 2013.

OpenNet Pte Ltd ("OpenNet"), the Network Company selected to build, operate and maintain the passive infrastructure of the Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network ("Next Gen NBN"), has proposed a set of terms and conditions (i.e. Schedule 12C - Co-Location Space & Service in New Co-Location Room ("Schedule 12C")), to provide additional Co-Location Space and Service in the new Co-Location Room at the Central Offices for its Requesting Licensees ("RLs") to host active network equipment, servers and any other interconnecting equipment ("Co-Location Equipment") for the purpose of connecting to OpenNet Network or other RL's Co-Location Equipment. OpenNet has also provided the associated changes to Schedule 18 (Dictionary).
IDA hereby invites interested parties to submit written comments regarding OpenNet's proposed Schedule 12C and Schedule 18.
