17 November 2008 - IDA's Notification to SingPost: Review of the Reference Offer

IDA approved the following amendments to Schedule 1A (Rates, Terms and Conditions of Subscription of Postal Code Information) of SingPost's RO:
- Removal of provision for SingPost to charge a 20% commission on subscribers who use the Postal Code Database to develop a product or database for sale to a third party
- Removal of Address Manager Software;
- Alignment of Termination clauses with SingPost's General Terms and Conditions; and
- Editorial and formatting changes.
