IDA has received requests from the industry to extend the deadline for the submission of comments to the 2nd consultation on the review of Code of Practice for Info-communications Facilities in Buildings. Having considered the requests, IDA agrees to extend the submission deadline to noon, 3 August 2012.

Following from IDA's earlier consultation on the proposed changes to be made to the COPIF, where IDA had received various feedback from the industry, IDA has today published a draft revised COPIF and the associated COPIF Guidelines for public consultation. The draft revised COPIF takes into consideration the feedback received in the earlier public consultation, while the COPIF Guidelines have been updated to reflect changes made in the draft revised COPIF.
