IMDA does this through contributing actively to the international community and sharing our knowledge with other countries. IMDA also organises an annual Infocomm Media Executive Programme to share our experience with other countries.

IMDA actively contributes to the global community by sharing our knowledge and experience with other countries and helping them to put in place the necessary frameworks to strengthen ICM development, such as through the Infocomm Media Executive Programme and the Ministerial Forum.

Infocomm Media Executive Programme (IMEP)

IMEP is an executive level course which is held annually for senior government policy-makers and telecoms regulators. The course aims to share Singapore’s ICM journey and provide insights on government policy-making and regulation. It covers topics such as competition management, licensing, interconnection as well as spectrum and resource management.

Ministerial Forum (MF)

This is an annual high-level dialogue organised by IMDA for invited Ministers to discuss key policy issues and new developments in the ICM sector, as well as to discuss collaborations on these matters. The MF takes place in conjunction with the Smart Nation Innovations Week, usually held in the middle of the year.
