Chong Wu started his journey as a filmmaker with Nanyang Technological University School of Art, Design and Media (NTU ADM) in 2009, winning the Media Development Authority Media Education Scheme Local Award in 2011 and was a nominee for Valedictorian ADM. Since then, Chong Wu participated in and won awards in various competitions, such as the Jury’s Special Mention Award in Movie Makers Short Film Competition with his short films Prank (2015) and Please Give Me a Chance (2016) in both 2015 and 2016 respectively.
He was also the winner of the inaugural Singtel 5-min Video Challenge with When You Are Old (2016). Recently, he played 1st AD to renowned filmmaker Eric Khoo in HBO series, Folklore (2019).
