Since 2015, to facilitate the exposure of coding and computational thinking to the masses, IMDA, together with the Ministry of Education, have offered Code for Fun Enrichment Programme to all MOE primary and secondary schools. Through a blend of software inputs (visual/syntax-based programming language) and hardware outputs (Robotics and Microcontrollers), the students acquire a basic understanding of coding and computational thinking concepts as well as their real world applications.
We are currently reviewing the programme to make it better. More details will be released by March 2019.
