The Media Development Authority (MDA) has received StarHub’s complaint on their inability to negotiate for the rights to BPL 2013-2016 and is looking into the matter. As the media regulator in Singapore, MDA seeks to enable and maintain fair market conduct and effective competition in Singapore’s media industry.
