Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding

Course Fee and Absentee Payroll Funding are available for employers who sponsor employees for training.

Workfare Training Support (WTS) Scheme for Employers

WTS encourages employers to sponsor their lower wage employees for training to upgrade their skills and improve business performance. Employers will receive course fee subsidy to lower training costs and absentee payroll funding for employees who are sent for training.

Enhanced Training Support for SMEs

This initiative provides enhanced funding to enable SMEs to send their employees for training.

SkillsFuture Earn and Learn Programme

This is a work-learn programme that gives fresh graduates from polytechnics and the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) a head-start in careers related to their discipline of study. It provides them with more opportunities, after graduation, to build on the skills and knowledge they acquired in school, and better supports their transition into the workforce.

Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme Plus (CITREP+)

The Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme Plus (CITREP+) is a programme under IMDA's TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative to support the ICT workforce in keeping pace with technology shifts, through the continuous and proactive training of technical skills sets, in order to remain relevant and productive.

P-Max

This programme is a place-and-train programme that aims to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) better match, recruit, train and manager job-seeking Professionals, Managers, Executives and Technicians (PMETs).

Career Trial for Employers

Employers can assess jobseekers’ job fit through a short-term work trial before offering employment paying $1,500 or more to suitable Singapore Citizens.
