Huang Junxiang

Huang Junxiang is a Singaporean producer who has worked on a number of co-productions. This includes Eric Khoo’s Ramen Teh which premiered at the Berlinale Culinary Cinema in 2018, Mike Wiluan’s debut feature Buffalo Boys (Fantasia Film Festival 2018) and Apprentice (Cannes Un Certain Regard 2016). He has also produced HBO Asia’s Folklore (2018)a horror anthology spanning 6 countries which has enjoyed screenings at Fantastic Fest, Sitges and Toronto International Film Festival.

 

In his free time, he enjoys directing. His most recent effort, Piece of Meat (2019)co-directed with animator Jerrold Chong, has enjoyed its premiere at the Directors’ Fortnight in Cannes and subsequently screened as part of the Official Selection in Annecy.
