Who can apply?
Anyone can apply for our Virtual Digital Clinic sessions. To join a session, you will need:
- An internet-connected device, e.g. PC, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone functions
- To download Microsoft Teams app before the session
- An email address for you to receive the session details when you book your session
Virtual Digital Clinics provide assistance to anyone with questions on how to use their mobile devices and smartphones. Participants of our Virtual Digital Clinics can get their questions answered from the comfort of their own homes by speaking to our friendly volunteers in a 20-minute session.
