MDA has issued the Closing Note to the Public Consultation on the Code of Practice for Television Broadcast Standards (the “Proposed Code”), which marks the close of the Public Consultation on the Proposed Code. The Proposed Code will come into effect on a date to be specified by MDA.

In consideration of industry players’ requests for more time to provide feedback to the “Public Consultation on the Code of Practice for Television Broadcast Standards”, MDA has extended the consultation until 24 January 2014, 12 noon, Singapore time, two weeks after the original deadline of 10 January 2014.

In consideration of industry players’ requests for more time to provide feedback to the “Public Consultation on the Code of Practice for Television Broadcast Standards”, MDA has extended the consultation until 24 January 2014, 12 noon, Singapore time, two weeks after the original deadline of 10 January 2014.

The mode of submission for comments on the proposed Code of Practice remains the same. MDA looks forward to receiving your comments.
