Niche Television Service Licence

The Niche Television Service Licence applies to service providers of television services targeting niche market segments, and television services transmitted over the Internet, also known as ‘over-the-top (OTT) television services.

For operators offering television services to specific niche market segments, and television services transmitted over the Internet, in and/or from Singapore.

• Licence Period: 5 years 
• Licence Fee: No fee is required.

Content offered on the service is required to comply with the following:

• Content Code for Over-the-Top ("OTT"), Video-on-Demand ("VOD") and Niche Services
