Internet Content Providers, including those providing Internet radio services, are automatically class-licensed under the Broadcasting (Class Licence) Notification of the Broadcasting Act 1994, and are thus automatically subject to comply with the Class Licence Conditions.  

Service providers offering radio services via the Internet in and/or from Singapore.
