Operators of a network of digital display panels (“DDPs”) are automatically class-licensed under the Broadcasting (Class Licence – Broadcasting to Digital Display Panels) Notification of the Broadcasting Act 1994 (“DDP Notification”) upon commencement of service.
Video game distributors/retailers are automatically class licensed for video games distribution. If you are a video game distributor/retailer, you do not need to apply for a class licence with IMDA. You are required to adhere to obligations relating to the class licence.
