TAS has received report that users of mobile phone and paging service have been experiencing difficulties in making and receiving calls to and from the telephone network since 4.30 pm today.

TAS is monitoring the situation closely and has directed SingTel to spare no efforts in getting the service restored immediately so as to minimise inconveniences to subscribers.

TAS has also instructed SingTel to submit a full report on the cause of the service disruption.
