About
Home Access provides eligible Singaporean families with 2 years of subsidised fibre broadband connectivity. Families without full-time student may choose to bundle the broadband, with a tablet or smartphone.

1 Monthly household income refers to the total monthly income of all family members staying at the same residential address, and this includes basic employment income, self-employed income, overtime pay, allowances, cash awards, commissions and bonuses.
2 Per Capita Income = Total monthly gross household income / Total number of family members residing in the same residential address.
3 Related members staying at the same address, based on NRIC, and share food arrangement.
How to apply?
Eligible families who wish to apply can submit application through one of these channels:
- Online Submission (By e-form)
- Login using your SingPass.
- Names (as per their NRIC), NRIC / birth certificate / FIN numbers, and contact numbers of all family member staying at same address.
- Hardcopy Submission (By mail)

Complete the Home Access 3.0 application form (260.74KB) and submit it together with the necessary supporting documents to the following address:

All Home Access applications will be assessed against the eligibility criteria and are subject to the availability of bundles. Only one application form per family is required. You may check your application status via: www.digitalaccess.gov.sg.
Monthly Subscription
Families with at least one family member who is an existing beneficiary of the following government assistance schemes are eligible for Auto Inclusion:
- MSF ComCare Long Term Assistance (LTA)
- MSF ComCare Short-to-Medium Term Assistance (SMTA) with at least 12 months of continuous assistance
Your residential home should not have existing fibre broadband. Monthly subscription will be determined based on the applicant’s HDB flat type and the choice of Assistance Package, as shown in the table below.

4 Full-time students aged 25 and below studying in a Government / Government-Aided School, Junior College, Centralised Institute, Independent School, Specialised Independent School, Specialised School, Institute of Technical Education, Polytechnic or MOE-funded Special Education School.
5 You may like to check with M1 Limited for the exact model of tablet/smartphone. The actual tablet/smartphone specification may vary at the point of contract activation.
Transfer of Ownership
In the event of death of an approved applicant, a transfer of ownership can be arranged. The transferee must be one of the family members listed in the originally submitted Home Access application form.
