How to get connected?
For small & medium enterprises
Step 1: Check if your finance or accounting solution is Peppol-ready and listed in IMDA’s pre-approved e-invoicing solution provider list.
Step 2: Get your Peppol-ready e-invoicing solution provider to activate the InvoiceNow feature on your existing solution.
- Otherwise, approach an Access Point Provider to integrate InvoiceNow into your in-house system.
Step 3: You are ready to InvoiceNow! Start to send and receive invoices directly through your finance or accounting system.

InvoiceNow as the default channel for government vendors
On 24 February 2023, at the Ministry of Finance (MOF) Committee of Supply Debate, Senior Minister of State Chee Hong Tat announced that: "The Government will implement InvoiceNow as the default e-invoice submission channel for all Government vendors within the next few years." InvoiceNow will eventually replace the Vendors@Gov portal for registered businesses.
Government vendors are strongly encouraged to adopt and use InvoiceNow to invoice the Government and their business partners.
