IMDA has approved Nucleus Connect’s changes to its ICO. Nucleus Connect shall submit the clean copy of the revised ICO to IMDA by no later than 8 November 2019, and implement and give effect to the approved ICO by 1 January 2020.

In view of requests from the industry for more time to submit their comments, IMDA has extended the submission deadline for this consultation to 12 noon, 1 August 2019.

Nucleus Connect Pte Ltd (“Nucleus Connect”) submitted the changes to its Interconnection Offer ("ICO") text to give effect to IMDA's required changes to the Residential Per-End-User Connection service, as well as other Nucleus Connect initiated changes to the ICO, for IMDA’s review.

IMDA hereby invites interested parties to submit written comments regarding Nucleus Connect’s ICO amendments.
