BananaMana Films | Production Company

BananaMana Films, co-founded by writing, directing, producing and acting duo Jason Chan and Christian Lee, is an award-winning Singapore production company that specializes in creating premium, aspirational Asian dramas in English for film, TV and web for global distribution. Recently their debut feature film, Jimami Tofu, sold out its World Premiere in the U.S. at the 37th Hawaii International Film Festival. The film also won the Audience Choice Award at the conclusion of the festival. Jimami Tofu will theatrically release through Lux Cinemas in Taiwan, Q3 2018 via the Taiwanese distribution company Movie Cloud and in China with Blue Media Times Beijing for TV and Internet rights. BananaMana Films’ most prominent drama, Perfect Girl, won 7 awards and 17 nominations internationally and achieved global distribution when it was picked up by Netflix, VIKI and Korea’s NAVER TVcast.
