He was previously the CIO for SAP APJ from 2013 to 2019, where he drove the complete digital transformation of IT in APJ, introduced AI and Machine learning technologies for SAP business processes, and accelerated the use of cloud solutions at SAP.

Recently, Manik was accepted by IMDA into the SG Digital Leaders programme for 2023 and is a graduate of the SEP programme from Stanford University.

Bell has won several awards, including the 2023 SG100WIT and the 2022 APAC Entrepreneur of the Year.
