Technical Sharing Session on AI Agents

Prof An Bo is a President’s Chair Professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a leading researcher in artificial intelligence, particularly in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and AI-driven decision-making. His work focuses on developing intelligent agents capable of learning, coordinating and interacting in complex environments, with applications spanning security, resource allocation and autonomous systems.

He is a Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) and has received several prestigious recognitions, including the INFORMS Daniel H. Wagner Prize and the Nanyang Research Award. Prof An has played key leadership roles in the global AI research community, serving as General Co-Chair of AAMAS 2023 and will serve as Program Chair of IJCAI 2027.

Donghao Huang is Vice President of R&D at Mastercard, leading global AI EmTech R&D, and a Doctor of Engineering candidate at Singapore Management University, where he researches Generative AI for Enterprises under Professor Zhaoxia Wang.

An IMDA SG Digital Scholarship recipient, his recent work focuses on LLM-based multi-agent systems for agentic payments, with papers accepted at AAMAS 2026 and PAKDD 2026.

Dr Eric is the Executive AI Scientist within the Biz Tech Group (BTG) at IMDA. At the helm of a dynamic team, he spearheads innovative initiatives exploring how AI models can revolutionize business landscapes, fostering growth and efficiency across diverse sectors like retail, legal and healthcare. Eric played a pivotal role in shaping the groundwork for product development, underscoring his central contribution to transformative projects. Drawing from his extensive experience, he has played a significant role in democratizing AI models, with a specific focus on Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. Eric's academic journey culminated in a PhD in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong, where he excelled and gained recognition as an award winner in esteemed workshops, conferences, and grand challenges. His commitment to advancing AI's potential is matched by his dedication to innovative research and tangible outcomes.
