Sign up (with any Wireless@SG operators) for a free account.

Sign up (with any Wireless@SG operators) for a free account with either a Foreign SIM or a local SIM card. A SMS with the password will be sent via SMS.

Account will be valid for 24 hours

Step 1:
Sign up for an account using the registration links provided on the right.
M1

Step 2:
In the “Foreign Mobile Number” tab, fill in all the details required. Your username will be shown on-screen, while a SMS with the password will be sent to the registered foreign mobile number.

Step 3:
Select Wi-Fi from settings menu. Manually connect via “Wireless@SG” at any Wireless@SG hotspot.



Step 4:
Launch the sign-page, select your service provider from the Domain drop-down menu, and sign in with your Wireless@SG username and password.

Please note the domains assigned by the operators:

M1 – select "M1" (username@m1net.com.sg);

Singtel – select "SingTel" (username@singtel);

StarHub – select "StarHub" (username@starhub);

Y5ZONE – select "Y5ZONE" (username@y5zone.sg).

In the “Local Mobile Number” tab, fill in all the details required. Your password will be sent via SMS to the registered local mobile number.


Step 3:
Select Wi-Fi from settings menu. Manually connect via “Wireless@SG” at any Wireless@SG hotspot.

 

Step 4:
Launch the sign-page, select your service provider from the Domain drop-down menu, and sign in with your Wireless@SG username and password.

Please note that the operators may assign users different domains. For example:

M1 – offers m1mobile#@m1 for M1 mobile users, and username@m1net.com.sg for any other users;

Singtel – offers singtelmobile#@stm for Singtel mobile users, username@singnet for their singnet users, and username@singtel for any other users;

StarHub – offers username@HubiD for StarHub Hub ID users (i.e. Hub iD is an email address, please replace the @ with # - username#email.com@HubiD), and username@starhub for any other users;

Y5ZONE – offers username@y5zone.sg for all users.
