InvoiceNow Transaction Bonus

The nationwide E-invoicing initiative has seen good traction with more than 50,000 businesses connected on the InvoiceNow network. To accelerate adoption so that businesses on the network can get more benefits, IMDA has introduced the following incentives, including available grants:

About

A $200 bonus for all businesses on the network for sending 10 e-invoices on InvoiceNow.

Eligibility criteria

  • Applicable to businesses who have valid and active business UENs excluding the entity types listed below.
  • Businesses who send a total of 10 e-invoices on the network within 12 months from the 1st e-invoice will receive a bonus payout of $200.
    • Send 1st e-invoice: receive $50;
    • Send remaining 9 e-invoices: receive another $150;

Steps

  1. Complete a one-time registration at this form to receive payout status and other InvoiceNow related matters from IMDA: www.go.gov.sg/register-itb
  2. Find your business customers on the SG Peppol Directory and retrieve their Peppol ID information (www.peppoldirectory.sg).
  3. Send an e-invoice directly from your solution to your business customer on the network.
  4. Receive your bonus via PayNow Corporate, no claim is required.

LEAD Connect

About LEAD Connect

A $30k fixed grant applicable to large enterprises with their own finance/ ERP solution.

Eligibility criteria

  • Applicable to enterprises who have valid and active business UENs excluding the entity types listed below.
  • Enterprises who complete integration to the InvoiceNow network with their own finance/ERP solution within 12 months from the start of the work will qualify for the grant.
    • Entity has a minimum of 200 business counterparties (aggregate of suppliers and customers).
    • Entity has its own ERP/finance solution which requires to connect to the InvoiceNow network with the help of Access Point providers.
    • The start of the work should be after 1 November 2022.

Steps

  1. Register interest at this form to receive help from IMDA on planning and meeting eligibility criteria: www.go.gov.sg/register-leadgrant
  2. Submit supporting document such as contract/agreement between the enterprise and your vendor(s) showing the work started after 1 Nov 2022, supplementary artefacts showing activities (e.g. data mapping, data transformation, system integration and testing), and list of business partner UENs.
  3. Complete the claim form here: www.go.gov.sg/submitleadconnect
  4. Grant will be disbursed directly to the enterprise through PayNow Corporate.

LEAD Transact Grant

About LEAD Transact Grant

Up to a $40k grant by IMDA applies to large enterprises that meet the minimum number of transacting business partners on the InvoiceNow network.

Eligibility criteria

  • Applicable to enterprises who have valid and active business UENs excluding the entity types listed below.
  • Enterprises who are able to meet the minimum transaction tier, (i.e. transacting with 25 UENs as buyer and/or 250 UENs as biller).
  • Enterprise can receive incentives as both Buyer and Biller.
  • Funding period is 12 months starting from the first claim submission by the enterprise. The starting dates for the enterprise as Buyer and Biller can be different.
  • Billers receiving LEAD Transact Grant will not be eligible for InvoiceNow Transaction Bonus.
  • The Buyer’s and Biller’s counterparties in the claim will be considered ONLY if they have not been listed as counterparties in LEAD Transact claims by other earlier claimants.

Partner Discovery Grant

About

A $10k grant applicable to IMDA-certified solution providers (principals only) to enhance the partner discovery feature in their solution through integration to the SG Peppol Directory, making it easier for users to find out whether their business partners are on the network.

Eligibility criteria

  • Applicable to solution providers (principals only) who have valid and active business UENs excluding the entity types listed below.
  • Solution providers (principals only) are required to have a minimum of 200 customers registered on InvoiceNow network through their platform.
  • Solution providers (principals only) needs to complete the enhancement of the partners discovery feature by 31 October 2023.
  • The solution must exhibit both functionalities:
    1. Prompt user to use InvoiceNow to send an e-invoice if the user’s customer is on InvoiceNow network.
    2. Send a notification or embed message in hardcopy or PDF Invoice to encourage user’s customer who is not on InvoiceNow to register on the network.

Steps

  1. Interested solution providers (principals only) to write in to einvoice@imda.gov.sg
  2. Submit the claims with supporting documents to einvoice@imda.gov.sg
  3. Grant will be disbursed directly to the solution provider through PayNow Corporate.

Solution Uplift Grant

Solution Uplift Grant

About

A $30k grant applicable to IMDA-certified solution providers (principals only) to enhance their solution with Peppol e-Order and Invoice Response features within their solution along with communications enablement of the same, making it easier for their users and users business partners to digitally interact with each other on the InvoiceNow network.

Eligibility criteria

  • Applicable to IMDA certified Peppol Ready Solution Providers (principals only) who have valid and active business UENs.
  • Solution providers (principals only) are required to have a minimum of ten (10) Peppol registrants through their solution in the Singapore SMP (InvoiceNow Network).
  • Solution providers (principals only) need to complete the solution uplift enhancement requirements as below and demonstrate the same on or before 31 March 2024.
  • The solution must exhibit the following functionalities:
    1. Receive a e-Purchase order and store it.
    2. Allow for flipping a received e-purchase order to a new e-Invoice.
    3. The new created e-invoice from the flipped e-purchase order must contain relevant information.
    4. Send an E-Invoice to an IMDA designated test account and receive and display the appropriate Invoice status response from the IMDA account.
    5. Receive an E-Invoice from an IMDA designated test account and send the appropriate Invoice status to the IMDA account as required.
    6. Screenshots of the various statuses specified.
    7. Screenshot and email test of feature to inform solution user’s business partners when new PO and Invoice Response capabilities are enabled for the user.

Process to claim the Solution Uplift Grant

  1. Once your solution has been upgraded with the relevant functionality, you can email us at einvoice@imda.gov.sg with the details stated below and arrange for a Demo session (before end of grant period).
  2. Title the subject as “Claim for InvoiceNow Solution Uplift” in the email and attach the relevant supporting documents (screenshots of the required features and updated user guide) along with a few suggested dates and times for the demo session.
  3. Screenshots provided must be of the production version of the solution exhibiting the functionality of how a solution user can be automatically send and receive InvoiceNow Invoice Responses as per the required and also ingest E-Purchase Orders and flip it to E-Invoices with the required content.
  4. A LIVE demo using a market released version (i.e. production version) of the solution with IMDA to demonstrate the use of the functionality
  5. Grant will be disbursed directly to the solution provider through PayNow Corporate only.
