The Skills Framework (SFw) is an integral component of the Industry Transformation Maps and it is co-created by Employers, Industry Associations, Education Institutions, Unions and Government for the Singapore workforce.

The Skills Framework provides useful information on:

  • Sector and employment opportunities
  • Career pathways in media, tech, or digital
  • Occupations and job roles
  • Existing and emerging skills
  • Training programmes

With the Skills Framework, individuals are equipped to make informed decisions about career choices, as well as take responsibility for skills upgrading and career planning.

The following Skills Frameworks are jointly developed by IMDA, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), Workforce Singapore (WSG), together with industry associations, education institutions, training providers, organisations and unions:
