5 June 2008 - Close of Public Consultation on the use of the 10.5 GHz frequency band and the spectrum allocation mechanism.

IDA has reviewed the responses to the consultation on the Allocation of the 10.5 GHz Frequency Band and has decided not to proceed with the proposed auction of the 10.5 GHz Spectrum Rights. The 10.5 GHz spectrum will be available for future allocation if there is indication of interest from the industry.

All submissions should be submitted in writing, in both hard and soft copy (preferably in Microsoft Word format), and must reach IDA before 12 noon, 5 June 2008. Respondents are required to include their personal or company particulars, correspondence address, contact number and email address in their submissions to this Consultation Paper.
