IDA has received requests from the industry to conduct a briefing on the proposed auction formats in IDA's public consultation document. IDA will hold two separate sessions of this briefing on: (1) 9 May 2012, from 10am to 11.30am; and (2) 11 May 2012, from 9am to 10.30am. Parties interested to attend either of the two briefing sessions may indicate their interest by sending an email, with the email header "Briefing on proposed 4G spectrum auction formats", to IDA_Consultation@imda.gov.sg.

IDA has received requests from the industry to extend the deadline for the submission of comments to the public consultation on "Proposed framework for the reallocation of spectrum for 4G telecommunication systems and services". The deadline shall be extended and all responses must now be submitted to IDA by noon, 8 June 2012.

IDA would like to seek the views and comments from the industry and members of the public on IDA's proposed framework for the reallocation of spectrum for 4G telecommunication systems and services.

All views and comments should be submitted in writing and sent to IDA by fax or in soft copy (Microsoft Word Format). Submissions should reach IDA by 12 noon, 8 May 2012. Respondents are required to include their personal or company particulars, correspondence address, contact number and email address in their submissions.
