IMDA would like to seek views and comments on Singtel’s proposed preliminary RIO offer to implement IP-based interconnection for voice services.

All submissions should reach IMDA by 12 noon, 26 August 2025. All views and comments should be submitted in soft copy (in both Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word format).
