IMDA would like to seek the views and comments from the industry and members of the public on the Short Form Consolidation Application involving Seraya AQX Pte Ltd and SPTel Pte Ltd.
All submissions must reach IMDA by 9am on 22 September 2025. Softcopy of submissions in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF format should be provided. Parties submitting comments should include their personal/company particulars as well as the correspondence address, contact number and email addresses on the cover page of their submission. All comments should be addressed to:
