IMDA would like to seek the views and comments from the industry and members of the public on the Short Form Consolidation Application involving Boost BidCo S.r.l and TI Sparkle Singapore Pte Ltd.
All submissions must reach IMDA by 12 noon on 14 April 2026. Softcopy of submissions in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF format should be provided. Parties submitting comments should include their personal/company particulars, as well as their correspondence address, contact number and email address on the cover page of their submission.
