IMDA would like to seek the views and comments from the industry and members of the public on the Short Form Consolidation Application involving Duncan Holdco III LLC and SoftBank Group Corp. and Xenith IG Singapore Pte. Ltd.
All submissions should reach IMDA by 15 April 2026, 12 noon. Softcopy of submissions in both Microsoft Word and PDF format should be provided. Parties submitting comments should include their personal/company particulars, as well as their correspondence address, contact number and email address on the cover page of their submission.
